Receiving Shipment Updates
Overview
You may receive multiple updates on your shipment as it progresses through its lifecycle.
When a shipment is finished processing and has been dispatched to the full ability of the warehouse, you will receive the following:
Shipment Complete
When your shipment is dispatched, you will be sent a shipment complete with full details of the completed shipment.
In the case of successful dispatch, all shipment details will be returned. This includes the shipment tracking ID and URL where relevant.
In the case of partial or no dispatch, the details of what has been dispatched will be returned, along with the reason for any items unable to be dispatched.
Stock Movement
When your shipment is dispatched, a stock movement will be sent against all stock dispatched as part of the completed shipment.
